Job summary

Cadence Education is seeking a Preschool Bus Driver (CDL Required) in Dallas, TX. You will safely transport preschoolers, maintain a positive and educational bus environment, and ensure daily vehicle safety checks.

You may fill in teacher or assistant roles as needed, with ongoing trainings and parent events to stay connected. The role requires a valid CDL with Passenger endorsement and CPR/First Aid certifications, plus compliance with state preschool and bus driver regulations.

• CPR & First Aid certifications are required.
• Must meet state preschool and bus driver requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport preschoolers to and from school.
• Create a joyful bus atmosphere with kid-friendly music and language.
• Inspect the bus daily to meet state licensing/DMV safety standards.
• Monitor behavior and document concerns with input to the director.
• Ensure safe drop-offs with authorized representatives.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and parent events to stay engaged.
• Keep CDL and certifications current and maintain required paperwork.
