Now Hiring Part-Time School Bus Drivers in Berlin, VT

As a First Student Part-Time School Bus Driver, you will play a vital role in your community, ensuring the safe transport of students during their school day. No prior experience is required as we provide industry-leading training.

Your Day Will Include:

• A split shift with early morning pickup and afternoon drop-off, with free hours in between.
• A guaranteed 4-hour shift per school day, with no nights or weekends unless desired.
• Additional hours through trips and charters when available.

Benefits:

• Starting wage of $25.00/hour, based on experience.
• $2,500 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers.*
• $1,000 sign-on bonus for new drivers upon obtaining CLD.*
