Lancaster School District is hiring bus drivers!

We are looking for experienced drivers AND those who may not have considered a career as a bus driver until now.

Lancaster is a great place to work, begin a new career, or work beyond retirement. This is a great job for stay-at-home parents, retirees, or anyone looking for a new career as a professional school bus driver!No experience necessary! Free training and licensing guidance provided. We are seeking safe school bus drivers to transport children and other passengers to and from school and school district functions.

Pay: $16.80 to $27.15 per hour.

Job Qualifications

• Candidates must be at least 21 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Candidates must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. No more than two (2) moving violations and one (1) preventable accident in the past 3 years.
• Willingness to complete a pre-employment drug test, physical, and background check.
• Ability to adhere to all district safety standards and operating procedures.
• Ability to work with people positively and a passion for working with children.
