Durham School Services is hiring School Bus Drivers in the Oswego, NY area. No experience is required and training is provided to help you obtain a CDL.

You’ll work 30 guaranteed hours per week with routes that fit a school-day schedule, keeping mornings and afternoons free from night shifts. Walk‑in interviews are welcome, with a $20/hour pay rate and a $1,500 sign-on bonus for licensed big bus drivers and $1,000 for licensed small bus drivers.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; CDL not required to start
• Must have held a driver’s license for at least 3 years
• Minimum age: 21
• If you’ve held a DOT-regulated driving role in the past 3 years, we must be able to verify that employment per DOT guidelines
• Pass DOT drug screen, physical, and background check
• Compliance with DOT regulations, marijuana is prohibited, even for medical use
• Reliable attendance and a safety-first attitude
