PAY RATE: $24.50 up to $30.00/hr

BONUS: Sign-on bonus $1,500.00 paid out over a 90-day period for fully licensed school bus drivers.

All interested applicants for a Driver position, including those fully qualified with a commercial driver's license, begin with us as a Driver in Training. We invest heavily in training and development to ensure our drivers are the best in the business.

A Driver in Training will be trained to obtain a commercial driver's license (CDL) and related endorsements, and to learn our policies and procedures. Upon successful completion, the Driver in Training will be placed in a Professional Driver role.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing safe and reliable transportation by operating a school bus or other vehicle with a fixed or changing route.
• Exhibiting the highest ethical standards and personal integrity.
• Reporting on time and maintaining routes safely and punctually.
• Assisting passengers in emergencies.
• Reporting accidents or incidents immediately.
• Following company policies on student and passenger management.
• Maintaining professional appearance.
• Completing all required paperwork promptly.
• Maintaining a cooperative attitude with colleagues and customers.
• Utilizing vehicle equipment safely and effectively.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Additional responsibilities may apply for Paratransit Drivers depending on location.

• Must hold or be able to obtain applicable licenses and certifications.
