Qualifications

• High School diploma; two years of college preferred.
• Valid and current PA driver's license.
• Valid and current CDL with school bus endorsement and passenger endorsement.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass DOT drug screenings (pre and post).

Responsibilities

• Transport students to and from school on pre-planned AM/PM routes.
• Obey all traffic laws and school bus safety regulations.
• Maintain order and discipline on the bus.
• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections and report any mechanical problems.
• Notify proper authority for mechanical issues or lateness.
• Discharge students only at authorized stops.
• Enforce no smoking and no eating on the bus.
• Report accidents and complete required reports.
• Maintain and update bus licenses and certifications.
