Dean Transportation is seeking a School Bus Driver to safely transport students in Sparta, MI, using established routes and stops. You will be responsible for pre- and post-trip inspections, safety procedures, and coordinating with school staff to ensure reliable service.

Qualifications

• Meet general qualifications for employment.
• Meet company and state standards for driving record check.
• Meet Michigan School Bus Driver Certification Requirements and pass knowledge examination.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of your assigned vehicle.
• Use established routes and designated bus stops.
• Instruct passenger riders regarding safety.
• Drive defensively under varying traffic conditions and weather.
• Establish favorable working relationships with school staff and passengers.
• Attend training sessions and in-service programs.
