Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a School Bus Driver in Montana to transport students and participate in daily operations with emphasis on safety and clear communication with students and parents.

Responsibilities include assisting passengers, performing vehicle checks, and adhering to all regulations. Training is provided; wage starts at $21.40/hour; benefits include 401(k), dental, vision, life insurance, and PTO; relocation to Noxon, MT may be required.

Qualifications

• Able to obtain a Class B CDL with passenger and school bus endorsements.
• FMCSA regulations knowledge and US DOT Medical Examiners Certificate.
• First Aid/CPR certification either required or preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication with students, parents, and team members.
• Ability to operate in various weather and traffic conditions.

Responsibilities

• Transport students safely to and from school and activities.
• Enforce bus rules and address behavioral issues.
• Assist passengers with boarding and unloading, including wheelchair access.
• Conduct daily bus inspections and report deficiencies.
• Comply with Federal, State, and District rules for bus operation.
