Now Hiring Part-Time School Bus Drivers for Urbana, IL

As a First Student Part-Time School Bus Driver, you will play a vital role in your community, transporting students safely to and from school. No experience is required as we provide industry-leading training.

Your day will include:

• A split shift with early morning pickup and afternoon drop-off, with free hours in between
• Guaranteed hours per school day, no nights or weekends unless desired
• Additional hours through trips and charters when available

Benefits:

• $21.00/HR-$25.40/HR starting wage, depending on experience
• $200 Commercial Learner's Permit Bonus*
• Paid CDL training

Ideal candidates:

• Do not need a college degree or high school diploma
• Have military experience

Qualifications:

This position is subject to DOT drug testing. Conditions apply; see locations for details. Must obtain a Commercial Learner’s Permit within 15 days of accepting the offer. Bonus expires 07/31/25.
