Job summary

First Student is hiring Part Time School Bus Drivers in Harmony, PA for Seneca Valley School District. You will start and end routes with a split shift, helping students get to and from school safely.

No prior bus driving experience is required; we provide paid CDL training and a starting wage of $32.00 per hour, with $7,500 and $5,000 sign-on bonuses for fully licensed and new drivers respectively, plus comprehensive benefits.

As a First Student Part Time School Bus Driver you will play a vital role in your community and the lives of the students you transport. You will be there at the start of the students’ day with before-school pickup and at the end with an afternoon shift to bring students safely back home.

No experience as a bus driver is required! We’re proud to train you with our industry-leading technology to help you succeed.

Your day will include:

• A split shift, which means an early morning before-school pickup and an after-school drop-off with a few free hours in between
• Additional hours gained through trips and charters when available

School Bus Driver benefits:

• $32.00/HR starting wage, based on school bus driver experience and type of vehicle.
• $28.00 training pay rate for experienced drivers; $20.00 training pay rate for non-experienced drivers
