Job summary

First Student is hiring part-time School Bus Drivers in Harmony, PA to transport students safely on morning and afternoon routes. No experience required; we provide paid CDL training and help you obtain your license.

Enjoy a split shift with a few hours in between and potential extra hours on trips and charters. Starting wage is $32.00 per hour, with $28 training pay for experienced drivers and $20 training pay for non-experienced drivers.

Now Hiring Part Time School Bus Drivers in Harmony, PA for Seneca Valley School District!

Now offering a $7,500 Sign-On Bonus for fully licensed drivers and a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for New Drivers!

As a First Student Part Time School Bus Driver you will play a vital role in your community and the lives of the students you transport. You will be there at the start of the students' day with before-school pickup and at the end with an afternoon shift to bring students safely back home.
No experience as a bus driver is required! We're proud to train you with our industry-leading technology to help you succeed.

Your day will include:

• A split shift, which means an early morning before-school pickup and an after-school drop-off with a few free hours in between


• Additional hours gained through trips and charters when available

School Bus Driver benefits:

• $32.00/HR starting wage, based on school bus driver experience and type of vehicle.


• $28.00 training pay rate for experienced drivers; $20.00 training pay rate for non-experienced drivers
