We are now hiring Part-Time School Bus Drivers for West Linn School District, Sherwood, OR.

As a First Student Part-Time School Bus Driver, you will play a vital role in your community and the lives of the students you transport. You will be there at the start of the students’ day with before-school pickup and at the end with an afternoon shift to bring students safely back home.

No prior experience as a bus driver is required! We provide industry-leading training to help you succeed.

Your day will include:

• A split shift, with early morning pickup and afternoon drop-off, and a few free hours in between
• A guaranteed shift of 5 hours per school day, with no night or weekend work unless you choose to
• Additional hours available through trips and charters when offered

School Bus Driver benefits include:

• $31.28 / hour - $35.32 / hour starting wage, based on experience
• $3,500 sign-on bonus for new drivers
• $4,500 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers

• Pay matching for school bus and transit driving experience
• $200 Commercial Learner's Permit bonus
