Now Hiring Part-Time School Bus Drivers for Milwaukee, WI

As a First Student Part-Time School Bus Driver, you will play a vital role in your community and the lives of students. You will be there at the start of the students’ day with before-school pickup and at the end with an afternoon shift to bring students safely home.

No experience as a bus driver is required! We provide industry-leading training to help you succeed.

Your day will include:

• A split shift with early morning pickup and afternoon drop-off, with free hours in between
• A guaranteed 4-hour shift per school day, with no nights or weekends unless desired
• Additional hours through trips and charters when available

School Bus Driver Benefits:

• $27 - $29 per hour starting wage, based on experience
• Paid Holidays

• No experience necessary; paid CDL training provided
• $200 Commercial Learner’s Permit bonus*

Candidate Qualifications:

• No college degree or high school diploma required

• At least 19 years old
• Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years

This position is subject to DOT drug testing. Conditions apply; see locations for details. Must obtain Commercial Learner’s Permit (CLP) within 15 days of accepting the offer. Bonus expires 04/30/25.
