Job summary

Landmark Student Transportation is seeking School Bus Drivers to safely transport students to and from school in the Northern Kansas City, MO area. You will operate on split shifts, adhere to safety protocols, and maintain a clean, well‑maintained bus while following all school guidelines.

Responsibilities include pre/post trip inspections, reporting needed repairs, mileage reporting, and participating in monthly safety meetings.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B driver’s license with S and P endorsements.
• Pass a background check, DOT Physical and DOT Drug screening.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and commit to reliable attendance.
• A passion for working with children and a dedication to their safety.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.

Schedule:

• Split shift Monday to Friday. Start and end time are based on route.
• AM – typically between 6AM – 10AM
• PM – typically between 2PM – 6PM
• Additional hours
• Activity trips as needed by the school district or
• Charters as needed by 3rd party booking (weddings, bachelor or bachelorette party)
• Weekend work available
