Join Our Team as a School Bus Driver at Student Transportation of America

We are seeking safe and responsible drivers to transport children to and from school on established routes in Groton, CT. Join us and enjoy comprehensive training, a supportive management team, and opportunities for additional charter and activity trips.

What We Offer

• Pay Range: $22.43 per hour

Responsibilities

• Drive school bus routes, ensuring students are picked up and dropped off at established stops safely
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Participate in monthly safety meetings
• Maintain a clean bus to uphold a professional appearance
• Transport students and passengers for field trips and special events as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older
• Minimum of 3 years verifiable driving experience
• Clean driving record within the last 24-36 months
• Willingness to obtain a CDL and complete training
• Pre-employment background check required
