Local Motion, LLC in Braintree, MA is hiring a School Bus Driver. CDL Class B with P&S endorsements preferred; training provided. Earn a $2,500 Sign On Bonus (effective March 6, 2026).

Responsibilities include safely transporting students to and from school and events, performing pre-trip/post-trip inspections, driving assigned local routes, and maintaining a clean, safe vehicle. Weekdays only; competitive pay and benefits. Company supports ongoing training and career growth.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: Up to $35/hour
• Paid Training: $20/hour
• Charter/Activity Trips: $27/hour
• Schedule: Split shift (AM/PM), 30+ hours per week
• Weekdays only — no nights, weekends, or holidays
• Weekly pay + guaranteed minimum hours

What You’ll Do

• Safely transport students to and from school and events
• Drive assigned local routes
• Perform pretrip and posttrip inspections
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle
• Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff
• Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies

Requirements

• CDL Class B (or higher) with P & S endorsements (or willingness to obtain — we train!)
• Valid DOT medical card—or able to obtain one
• Safe driving record
• Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience
• Ability to pass background check & drug screening
• Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written)
