Zūm Services, Inc. is hiring a school bus attendant to ensure student safety and maintain a positive environment during transportation.

This role is safety-sensitive as you supervise students while the bus is in motion and support the bus driver in safe operation. You will assist with boarding and exiting, monitor behavior, assist students with special needs, participate in evacuations and safety drills, and communicate with drivers, parents, and school staff.

Qualifications

• Must pass background checks and drug test
• Minimum age: 21 years
• Valid driver's license/identification card/work authorization
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass background checks and drug test
• Ability to work split shifts (AM/PM) daily
• Experience working with children (preferred)

Responsabilités

• Assist students with boarding and exiting the bus safely
• Monitor student behavior and maintain order during transit
• Support students with special needs, including operating wheelchair lifts
• Assist with emergency evacuations and safety procedures
• Communicate effectively with drivers, parents, and school staff
