A student transportation company is seeking a dedicated school bus attendant to join their team. In this safety-sensitive position, you will ensure student safety and manage behavior during transit. Qualifications

• Minimum age: 21 years.
• Valid driver's license/identification card/work authorization.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug test.
• Ability to work split shifts (AM/PM) daily.
• Experience working with children (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist students with boarding and exiting the bus safely.
• Monitor student behavior and maintain order during transit.
• Support students with special needs, including operating wheelchair lifts.
• Assist with emergency evacuations and safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, parents, and school staff.
