School Bus Attendant - $500 Sign on Bonus

MV Transportation is seeking School Bus Attendants to work with our School Bus Drivers in providing a safe environment for students. Ideal candidates enjoy working with children and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Meet all physical requirements, including assisting with loading and unloading students and ensuring students are properly secured in seats.
• Be competent, reliable, and qualified through experience and training to serve as a bus attendant.
• Ensure student safety during transportation and prevent leaving students unattended.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to pass CPR certification.
• Willing to provide door-to-door service for students.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good attendance record and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work with students of all ages, including those with disabilities.
• Capable of working under pressure and providing excellent customer service.

Starting Pay Rate: $15/hour
