Job summary

Applitrack is hiring a Bus Aide for our Transportation department. The role supports a school bus driver to safely transport students, including those with disabilities, and to ensure proper loading, seating, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities include monitoring student behavior, assisting with bus loading/unloading, and maintaining confidentiality. The position runs on a 6:00 am–9:00 am and 1:00 pm–4:00 pm schedule, with no medical benefits provided, and is part-time for 180 days in the

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Monitor student conduct and maintain safety and discipline during transport.
• Direct loading and unloading of students to prevent congestion and unsafe conditions.
• Assist students with disabilities or others needing assistance to board and alight the vehicle.
• Ensure seat belts are fastened and proper seating is maintained.
• Maintain confidentiality of district information and follow safety policies and procedures.
