• Manage crisis intervention by maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment for students.
• Develop strategies to coordinate the therapeutic school with districts and partners.
• Create programs and activities to promote positive student behavior and coordinate services for referrals.
• Work with students, families, and teachers to modify behavior and plan for needs.
• Collaborate with staff, psychologists, and parents on interventions and data collection.
• Summarize and report data for the program director.
• Support transportation of students as needed.
• Distribute and manage medication as required.
