Job Overview

Anchor Counseling & Education Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Behavior Aide to provide behavior intervention services in K-12 educational settings. The role involves supporting students with behavioral health challenges and implementing evidence-based behavioral strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in caring for students with behavioral health difficulties and provide instructional support.
  • Create a safe and supportive environment.
  • Offer emotional support based on individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Model self-help and independent skills for students with autism and developmental delays.
  • Apply ABA and other evidence-based methods to reduce challenging behaviors and reinforce positive behaviors.
  • Help students develop social, behavioral, and coping skills.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or college degree.
  • ABA or RBT training preferred.
  • Experience working with children with behavioral needs is preferred.
Work Conditions
