Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a School Behavior Aide in Cape May Courthouse, NJ. This contract-part-time role supports students in schools, delivering behavioral and educational services under supervision.

The right candidate has a high school diploma, pediatric experience preferred, CPR if applicable, and compliance with health and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of pediatric experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate educational and behavioral services in schools.
• Collaborate with school professionals and other behavioral specialists to achieve learning and behavioral goals.
• Support students in achieving academic and behavioral objectives in collaboration with teachers and staff.

The Behavior Technician works to facilitate educational andbehavioral services with children and adults with special needs andcollaborates with school professionals and other behavioral specialists toachieve learning and behavioral goals and objectives.
