Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field from an accredited university.
• Licensure eligibility for LCSW/LCPC/LPC.
• Minimum two years’ school-based or youth-serving experience.
• Familiarity with crisis intervention models and SEL frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate school-based group counseling 4–5 times weekly using WOW curriculum.
• Conduct crisis interventions and risk assessments with school teams.
• Provide short-term individual counseling and trauma-informed support.
• Coordinate mental health referrals and aftercare with families and staff.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and participate in supervision.
