Job summary

Brightli is seeking a School-Based Therapist to support students in Trenton, MO, with a Monday–Friday schedule and full-time hours. The role emphasizes trauma-informed, student-centered care delivered in schools, collaborating with staff and families to promote emotional, social, and academic growth.

$7,000 Sign‑On Bonus for Eligible External Applicants

Salary Range

  • Provisional Therapist (PLPC / LMSW): $53,000 – $72,000

  • LPC / LCSW: $57,000 – $80,000 (Compensation based on license and experience)

What You’ll Do

As a School‑Based Therapist, you’ll provide trauma‑informed, student‑centered care in collaboration with school staff and families.

Licensure Requirements

Candidates must possess—or be actively working toward—one of the following:

  • Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC)

  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

  • Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Additional Qualifications
  • Experience (or interest) in individual, group, or family therapy

  • Ability to collaborate within school and community settings

  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
