Job Overview:
This position involves delivering solution-focused and strength-based services to a caseload of youth from kindergarten to 12th grade. Therapists have office space within the school and may also provide in-home or community-based services. The first two weeks include training and shadowing, followed by providing services such as intakes, assessments, treatment planning, individual counseling, case management, and psychosocial group interventions.
Location and Schedule:
Positions are available throughout Maricopa County. Services are provided Monday through Friday, mainly during school or business hours, within school and community settings.
Salary:
Masters level therapists start at $50,000 annually, Associate Licensed at $58,000, and Independent Licensed at $68,000. A $5,000 retention incentive is available after one year of employment in good standing.
Support and Supervision:
Therapists report to a Licensed Clinical Program Director and Coordinator, with mentorship from expert Leads. They receive free 1:1 clinical supervision and participate in bi-weekly interdisciplinary team meetings. Ongoing educational opportunities on cultural competency and modality building are available.
