BTST Services LLC in Maryland is seeking a part-time School Based Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical services in assigned school(s). You will collaborate with the community therapist to ensure wrap-around services for students and families.

Active licensure in Maryland (LMSW or LCSW-C) and excellent communication, empathy, and cultural sensitivity are required. The role offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus and flexible scheduling aligned with school calendars.

Qualifications

• Active licensure in Maryland (LMSW or LCSW-C).
• Excellent written, interpersonal, and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical, therapeutic services to individuals and families, including individual, family, and group therapy, crisis intervention, advocacy and supportive services, diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, and discharge planning.
• Participate in interdisciplinary teamwork and coordinate with community and school providers.
• Timely and accurate documentation of all treatment efforts per agency policies, COMAR standards, and licensing requirements.
• Maintain ethical standards and professionalism aligned with the agency's mission.
• Support the mental health needs of the assigned school through integration into activities and monthly programming.
