Job summary

RFS Behavioral Health is growing our school-based therapy team across Ohio and seeks licensed clinicians to support children and adolescents where they spend their day. The role offers a $60,000–$65,000 annual salary with a benefits package and paid holidays in a school-based setting.

Locations include Toledo, Sylvania, Bowling Green, or Marion, with a $2,500 sign-on bonus available for the Marion location. A collaborative clinical team plus opportunities for professional growth are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician with Ohio behavioral health license(s).
• Newly licensed or experienced clinicians welcome.
• Licenses LPC, LPCC, LSW or LISW required.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based behavioral health services including individual therapy.
• Assessments and treatment planning.
• Crisis intervention and behavioral health support.
• Collaborate with families, schools and clinical team.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and coordination of care.
