Make a Difference
The Behavioral Health Therapists facilitate, monitor, and provide comprehensive mental health and chemical dependency case management and therapy services. These include assessment, individual, family, and group therapy, crisis intervention, and treatment planning for adults with addiction or severe mental illness, or children with emotional disturbances and their families.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
Applicants should be able to work collaboratively in a team, possess excellent communication skills, and have a positive problem-solving attitude.
- License eligibility for LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCAC in Indiana required.
- Master’s degree in a mental health-related field from an accredited institution required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health treatment required.
- Valid Indiana driver’s license with proof of auto insurance.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction (internal and external).
- Ability to conduct psychosocial assessments.
- Ability to train and assist clients and families in developing daily living activities to enhance independence.
- Develop individualized treatment plans aimed at improving functioning in various settings.
- Provide mental health interventions, including individual, family, group therapies, and crisis intervention.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for treatment planning and coordination.
- Connect clients with community resources and services through case management.
- Develop and implement discharge plans suited to client needs.
- Deliver services in homes, schools, or community sites; transport clients using personal vehicle.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide psychological first aid in disaster or critical incident responses, if trained.
- Comply with all policies and participate in professional development and training.
