Job summary

Family Outreach Center (FOC) is hiring a full-time School-Based Clinician based at North Godwin Elementary School in Grand Rapids, MI. The role provides therapy, case management, crisis response, and group services in school and community settings. Master’s degree required with LLMSW/LMSW/LLPC/LPC licensure.

Bilingual Spanish/English preferred. Salary starts at $51,000 with incentive opportunities and comprehensive benefits; schedule aligned with school hours with some after-hours family

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Licensure: LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC or equivalent (state licensure).
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess mental health and substance use disorders using DSM-5 codes.
• Develop person/family-centered treatment plans for children/families.
• Develop and implement clinical interventions for identified needs.
• Provide referrals for psychiatric, community, and other services.
• Coordinate with school staff and administration to address mental health needs.
• Maintain an active caseload and complete clinical reports within deadlines.
