Job summary

InSite Health Inc. is recruiting a School-Based Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for an on-site role in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. The position offers full-time, W-2 employment with a comprehensive benefits package and a salary range of $70,000–$78,000 per year.

The LCSW will provide individual, family, and group counseling to students, collaborate with school staff, and provide crisis intervention. NJ LCSW is required, with at least 1 year of relevant experience, and a NJ Educator

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field (LCSW required).
• At least 1 year of experience providing mental health services to children and families (internship accepted).
• Strong skills in interdisciplinary collaboration and crisis management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with school staff and administrators to support students’ emotional and academic success.
• Lead individual, family, and group counseling sessions tailored to student needs.
• Provide crisis intervention and make referrals to higher levels of care when needed.
• Facilitate family support programs, including workshops for parents/guardians.
• Maintain comprehensive and timely clinical documentation in our EMR system.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
