Job summary

You will provide individual, group and family therapy, maintain accurate notes, and collaborate with partners to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• This position requires a Master's Degree in a Human Services or related field from an accredited university.
• Must hold or be eligible for a clinical Kentucky Masters-level licensure (CSW, LCSW, LPCA, LPCC, LPA, LPP, LMFT, CADC, or LCADC).
• NHSC site may offer loan repayment with a 2-year service commitment.
• This position may serve clients in Bourbon, Harrison, Nicholas, Scott counties, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Conducts diagnostic assessment and sets treatment goals/objectives within required time frames.
• Directs care plan writing and oversees day-to-day treatment operations.
• Provides individual, group, collateral and family therapy as appropriate.
• Maintains therapy notes, treatment reports, and related documentation on schedule.
