Ramey-Estep Homes, Inc. in Scott County, KY is seeking a Therapist to assess, plan, and deliver outpatient school-based treatment. You will provide individual, group, collateral and family therapy, and document progress within the treatment milieu.

The role requires a Master's in a Human Services field and eligibility for KY licensure. We offer full-time benefits, a starting salary of $65,000 per year, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus, plus NHSC loan repayment eligibility and licensure support.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a Human Services or related field from an accredited university.
• Must hold or be eligible for a KY Masters-level licensure (CSW, LCSW, LPCA, LPCC, LPA, LPP, LMFT, CADC, or LCADC).
• Ramey-Estep/Re-group is NHSC site, enabling student loan repayment with a 2-year service commitment.
• Position may serve clients in Bourbon, Harrison, Nicholas, Scott counties and surrounding area.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and implement treatment for clients in outpatient program (mainly school-based).
• Provide individual, group, collateral and family therapy.
• Document diagnostic assessments and treatment goals within required time-frames.
• Direct care plan writing and oversee day-to-day operations of treatment services.
• Maintain therapy notes and reports per policy; participate in supervision and on-call rotations.
• Collaborate with RE-group services and community partners; ensure confidentiality and proper reporting.
• Meet minimum billable time requirements and adapt to changing schedules.
