Job summary

This full-time, exempt position offers a pay range of $50,620 to $55,619.20 per year depending on licensure and experience, and includes benefits such as free clinical supervision toward licensure, licensure renewal reimbursement, and no-cost CEU training.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a Mental Health Field (MSW, Clinical Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Etc.).
• Provisional Therapy License required (PLPC/LMSW). LCSW or LPC also eligible.
• Candidate must be eligible for licensure (e.g., NCE or LMSW exam) if not yet obtained.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapeutic services to youth in a school setting—individual, group, and crisis intervention.
• Coordinate care with families, school staff, and internal teams.
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and collaborate in treatment planning.
