Job summary

Responsibilities
- Provide on-site intervention in area schools for clients in the program and collaborate with school staff.
- Monitor client progress in treatment programs.
- Develop individual treatment/rehabilitation plans.
- Assist clients in accessing mental health services and daily living activities.
- Help clients access community resources for ongoing social, vocational, educational, and recreational support.
