Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, social work, or related field.
• PK-12 student experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency with technology for data entry, communication, and student support.
• Oklahoma teaching certificate valid or willingness to be trained.

Responsibilities

• Identify students who may need additional support.
• Develop individualized support plans.
• Provide tutoring, mentoring, and study skills support.
• Support social-emotional learning and conflict resolution.
• Assist with attendance issues.
• Assist with college and career exploration.
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, admins, families.
• Maintain accurate student records and data.
• Participate in student support teams.
• Contribute to school-wide initiatives.
