Qualifications

• Must have Master’s degree in speech-language pathology.
• Hold NM Public Education Department licensure for SLP.
• Hold NM Regulation and Licensing Dept licensure or eligible.
• Provide NPI number and Medicaid provider number.
• Bilingual ability preferred.
