Responsibilities

• Evaluates function and disability of patients.
• Plans and develops remedial programs for communication improvement.
• Maintains detailed program records.
• Consults with Medical Director on professional matters.
• Integrates treatment plans into patient care.
• Participates in patient care review conferences.
• Assists in developing speech pathology policies.
• Records evaluations and progress in patient charts.
• Participates in in-service education programs.
