Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract role supporting students' communication and language development in a collaborative school near Uxbridge, MA. You will deliver direct and indirect services, complete assessments, and participate in eligibility meetings to support IEP goals.

Ideal candidates will have MA licensure, school-based experience, strong collaboration with teachers and families, and dedication to inclusive learning environments and progress

Qualifications

• Experience in a school-based setting is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect therapy services to students in accordance with their IEPs.
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and participate in eligibility meetings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including teachers, counselors, and administrators.
• Document sessions, maintain organized records, and communicate progress with staff and parents.
• Develop and implement engaging interventions tailored to individual or group needs.
• Foster an inclusive learning environment and promote effective communication strategies throughout the school community.

Key Qualifications:
