ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support student communication in school settings across Colorado. This role offers the flexibility of remote work and involves evaluating and treating students' speech and language disorders, alongside developing IEPs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, and both certified SLPs and Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.
Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.
About the Role:
We are seeking a collaborative and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students' communication and learning in school settings across Colorado. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team to help students achieve their academic and personal goals. Both fully certified SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply we provide strong supervision and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders in students (PreK12).
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in accordance with IDEA and Colorado Department of Education (CDE) guidelines.
Provide direct and consultative services in both individual and group settings.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of assessments, services provided, and student progress.
Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff to integrate communication strategies into the classroom.
Participate in eligibility determination meetings, IEP reviews, and multidisciplinary team collaboration.
Required Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
Valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Special Services Provider License with a Speech-Language Pathologist endorsement or eligibility to obtain.
Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) SLP license (or in progress).
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) welcome to apply with supervision provided.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.
School-based experience is a plus, but not required.
