Job summary

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based contract assignment in Florida. The role involves evaluating students, creating IEP goals, and delivering therapy to address articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders.

You will collaborate with teachers, ESE staff, and families to support student progress and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations throughout the school year.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida SLP license or eligible to obtain before start.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates may be considered with supervision.
• 1–2 years of experience in a school-based or pediatric setting.
• Familiarity with writing, implementing, and tracking IEPs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and hearing evaluations to determine eligibility for school-based services.
• Develop, write, and implement measurable goals and objectives for student IEPs in strict compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Provide high-quality direct and indirect therapy for students with articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders.
• Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, ESE staff, therapists, and families to provide integrated support and classroom accommodations.
• Monitor, track, and document student progress regularly, presenting findings clearly during multidisciplinary IEP meetings.
