Job summary

Amergis in Pennsylvania is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for the school setting to perform student evaluations and to provide and document therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each student and the physician's orders. The role requires active SLP licensure in the state; CCC-SLP is preferred and may be required by state or contract.

Qualifications

• Active Speech Language Pathologist licensure in the state of assignment
• CCC-SLP preferred and may be required by state/contract
• Complies with professional standards of practice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire/PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current health certificate per contract or state regulation
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
