Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to support school-based services. You will conduct student evaluations and deliver therapy aligned with each student’s plan of care and physician orders.

The position requires active SLP licensure in the state of assignment, with CCC-SLP preferred or may be required by state/contract. Compliance with professional standards and health screenings is expected.

Qualifications

• Active SLP licensure in the state of assignment.
• CCC-SLP preferred or may be required by state/contract.
• Complies with professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire/PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current health certificate per contract or state regulation.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Perform student evaluations.
• Provide and document therapy services in accordance with the plan of care and physician orders.
