Job summary

RCM Health Care Services is seeking a licensed School-based Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026–2027 school year in the Las Vegas, Nevada area. The role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and providing therapy to students within school settings.

You will receive paid training, technology resources, and ongoing support to help students reach communication goals. Work will be scheduled Monday through Friday on a typical school day, onsite at assigned schools.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field is required.
• Active Nevada Speech Language Pathologist license and registration are required.
• Speech-Language Impaired endorsement/license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language assessments, evaluations, and therapy services to students.
• Deliver in-person therapy services in accordance with IEP goals and educational plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions (manual or electronic).
• Complete IEP documentation and end-of-year reports as required.
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams regarding therapy plans and student progress.
