Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a motivated School-Based Speech Language Pathologist to join a supportive Ocala, Florida district for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time contract offers guaranteed hours and competitive pay, with weekly direct deposit and a school-based schedule.

You will support an elementary caseload, conduct evaluations, provide therapy, participate in IEP meetings, and collaborate with teachers, families, and ESE staff to promote student communication and academic success.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Active Florida SLP license or eligibility to obtain one.
  • CCC-SLP (ASHA) preferred but not required.
  • Experience in school-based settings is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech-language therapy to students in an elementary caseload.
  • Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and complete required documentation.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and ESE staff.
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports.

Soliant is seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Ocala, FL, for the2026–2027school year. This is a full-time, school-based contract opportunity working with an elementary caseload.

  • Competitive Pay: $42+ an hour, depending on experience

  • Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with IEPs, evaluations, and assessments preferred but not required
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
