Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• State licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP preferred).

• Experience in pediatric or school settings is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess speech, language, and communication needs of students.
• Design and deliver evidence-based therapy plans tailored to diverse learning styles.
• Collaborate with educators, specialists, and parents to integrate goals into the classroom.
• Monitor and document student progress; adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
• Lead IEP meetings to advocate for tailored plans and accommodations.
