• Exceptional interpersonal skills, an adaptable approach, and a true passion for student advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess speech, language, and communication needs of students.
• Design and deliver evidence-based therapy plans tailored to diverse learning styles.
• Collaborate with educators, specialists, and parents to integrate goals into the classroom.
• Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Participate in IEP meetings to advocate for tailored educational plans and accommodations.
