Job summary

The 2024-25 salary for a first-year teacher with no experience ranges from $41,410 to $62,296, depending on education and experience. The district will cover the single employee health insurance premium as outlined in the HEA CBA.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program; CCC-SLP preferred.
• Montana license to practice Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Driver’s license required for legal driving to sites and homes.

Responsibilities

• Develops IEPs with measurable goals and objectives for each student.
• Creates Plan of Care for Medicaid-eligible Speech-Language Impaired students.
• Provides direct speech therapy using materials for communication disorders.
• Maintains accurate daily records including Medicaid billing and progress notes.
• Communicates with families, parents, teachers, and other professionals about therapy plans.
• Attends IEP meetings and collaborates with the IEP team.
