Job summary

The Menta Education Group in Bourbonnais, Illinois is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to supervise students, provide educational support, and develop IEP goals. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a current license from the IDFPR.

This position offers a salary between $70,000 and $75,000 a year, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, and a 403(b) retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree from an ASHA accredited university program.
• Current license from IDFPR is mandatory.
• CCC preferred, CFY welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students to ensure behavior aligns with expectations.
• Provide direction to students during emotional distress.
• Develop and update IEP goals for student caseload.
• Provide Speech-Language services as per IEP.
• Maintain accurate service logs updated weekly.
