Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or university.
  • Current license/registration by State of Maine as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluating existing and creating new treatment programs, plans of care, goals and discharge plans for clients.
  • Administering diagnostic speech and language evaluations and screenings.
  • Assessing client status and recommending rehabilitation programs.
  • Implementing the service delivery model for each student.
  • Choosing therapy materials to meet students' needs.
  • Providing quality speech-language therapy 1-5 days a week in 30-minute sessions.
